The Audience Collective: NYC
What actually drove attendance this season — and what’s worth carrying into next?

AudienceView and TheaterMania present “The Audience Collective: NYC”, an invitation-only evening for senior leaders across ticketing, marketing, and live entertainment.
Set at the Museum of Broadway and sponsored by Mionetto Prosecco, this is a room built for insightful conversation: unscripted, specific, and genuinely useful. Join the people actually running these strategies to talk about what worked, what didn’t, and where the most forward-thinking organizations are focusing next.

Looking Back on This Season: What Worked, What Didn’t?
A direct look at the audience strategies, marketing bets, and emerging shifts that defined performance this past year—told by the people who lived it. This panel brings together experienced theater marketers to reflect on the digital tactics that worked, those that fell short, and what it all means moving forward. Spanning insights from Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Regional markets, the session is designed to foster open, collaborative learning across the industry. Moderated by TheaterMania, the discussion will also invite audience participation.
Speakers to be announced.
The panel runs 5:45–6:30 PM. After that, the conversation keeps going over drinks and networking with peers facing the same decisions you are.
Space is limited and attendance is by approval — this isn’t a list-fill event. Submit one request per person; our team will follow up directly on availability and next steps.
