So much easier to use – very efficient and the ease and efficiency of the reports are great too. I love how quick the customer support team resolves issues: they responds almost immediately! We need that with a live Box Office for our theatre and with our 24/7 online operation. Quick and efficient. The platform itself is very easy to comprehend and to train others on.

AudienceView has been quick to address any problems when they arise, and to keep me informed of solutions. Their “solution expert professionals” have been a pleasure to work with. It’s a very user-friendly program from the administrative side. You aren’t constantly changing your program the way many companies do, requiring ongoing training for employees. It has been dependable.
