Ideal ticketing program for venues with multiple spaces and events. The web-based program is helpful to process orders off-site. Detailed reports give the information we want and need. The ability to integrate a credit card reader is a plus.

Full-Featured and Powerful. Ticketing setup. Ticketing sales. 95% of our sales go thru our website, and the rest are over the phone. Patrons are also able to make donations, purchase membership. Reporting. This is the greatest strength of AVPro. The reports are super-robust, and highly and easily customizable.

Great ticketing system for running a small venue. As one of the leaders of a small venue (500 Cap), we’ve been through 3 systems in the last decade. We’ve been happy with AudienceView Professional. The reporting is insanely detailed – you can run dozens if not hundreds of separate reports – its incredible. The flexibility it offers is remarkable as well — ability to do pre-sales (with a code), multiple ticket tiers (VIP events, etc.) and special offers.
