Haven’t Found Anything I don’t Like about AV!
We went from a very basic, no feature having system, where I had to contact customer service anytime I wanted to make changes. AV fixed all of that. It is easy to use, can do batch event editing and the customer service is awesome.

Audience View is exceptionally user-friendly. With limited training, I was able to fully grasp audience view within just a few days of working with it. By using audience view we eliminate the need to book tickets through our own program.

AudienceView Serves All Our Needs
Years ago, we started using AudienceView Professional to manage volunteer usher registration. We now can send reminder emails to each volunteer about their shift. We also pull those lists from mass emails to ushers. There are so many options to sell tickets, packages, products, etc. Over the years, many enhancements have been introduced to make the patron experience much easier.
