AudienceView Renews Partnerships with Iconic UK Venues

Toronto, ON – August, 2024 – AudienceView, a leader in ticketing technology solutions, proudly announces the renewal of its longstanding partnerships with three of the UK’s premier venues: Wembley National Stadium, ACC Liverpool, and Lord’s Cricket Ground. These renewals reinforce AudienceView’s commitment to enhancing the fan experience through innovative ticketing technology and strategic collaborations.

Wembley National Stadium

  • Years in Operation: 100+
  • Max Capacity: 90,000

AudienceView has been instrumental in transforming the ticketing operations at Wembley National Stadium. With a robust back-end system and a fully functional API, Wembley has utilized AudienceView’s platform to not only sell millions of football tickets but also manage significant events like concerts, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient barcode imports from various ticketing agencies.

“Wembley’s choice to continue their journey with AudienceView is a testament to our powerful technology and the deep trust we have cultivated over the years,” said David Luker, representative for AudienceView. “Our platform’s flexibility allows Wembley to handle enormous volumes of ticket sales across diverse events, showcasing the true potential of our innovative solutions.”

The shift to Microsoft Azure by AudienceView is set to further enhance Wembley’s capabilities, allowing increased ticket allocations for events, thereby boosting revenue through enhanced operational efficiency and reliability.

ACC Liverpool

  • Years in Operation: 16
  • Max Capacity: 11,000

ACC Liverpool has also renewed its partnership with AudienceView, leveraging the ticketing giant’s technology to expand its influence and operational capabilities across the Merseyside region. Through a comprehensive ecosystem including a CRM database, a support ticket database, and a self-serve portal, ACC Liverpool is set to offer more localized and scalable event solutions.

“As part of a multi-year development plan, Ticket Quarter is redesigning its ticketing infrastructure,” explains Henry Brown, Head of Ticketing at ACC Liverpool, “AudienceView has played a pivotal role in supplying technical advice and services for multiple integrations with marketing, customer service and event management platforms. [the team] has been an invaluable source of knowledge, offering excellent advice and creative, cost-affective, labour-saving solutions. Our Project Leads have been communicative, timely and clear, while our Solutions Experts have continued their friendly and thorough technical support as we embark on using AudienceView in ways we have never used it before.”

Lord’s Cricket Ground

  • Years in Operation: 210
  • Max Capacity: 31,000
Lords Press Release AudienceView

Lord’s Cricket Ground, renowned as the “Home of Cricket,” has also found success with AudienceView via their ticketing mobile app. A smooth adoption of digital ticketing was critical to manage high-demand cricket matches and other prestigious events efficiently.

Mobile ticketing significantly reduces fraudulent ticket distribution while offering a convenient solution for ticket buyers. For example, in the lead-up to the 2023 Men’s Ashes Test match, 25% of all tickets were seamlessly transferred from the original purchasers to other attendees using the app. This innovative feature not only expanded the venue’s database but also created new communication channels that would have been impossible with traditional ticket delivery methods.

We have an excellent partnership with AudienceView who understand our needs and who’ve demonstrably gone the extra mile to make sure things have gone smoothly.” – Jeff Wollen, CIO, Marylebone Cricket Club
