Access is managed through user permissions: in Professional, users are assigned either full or limited access, and permissions can be customized for each role. In Unlimited, system administrators have granular control to create user roles and groups, determining what data users can access and what actions they can perform. If you want performers or external users to see event data, you can easily share reports via email without granting full system access.
