Azure Migration Information Collection Form

The Azure migration requires migrating your DNS (Domain Name System) from our current system to Cloudflare. Please note, once migrated to Cloudflare we will no longer support port access (e.g., 8080 or 8070). Consequently we will adopt a standard URL naming convention such as desktop.tickets.site.com, scanning.tickets.site.com etc.









The migration is scheduled to take place in the early morning hours, prior to the start of business operations. Anticipated downtime is approximately 3 hours. We require your IT representative and Box Office contact to be available for a call on the morning of the migration to assist with DNS updates and final testing. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule when selecting a migration date.
