AudienceView has contracted with certain third parties to act as sub-processors to assist us to provide services to our clients. The identity of these sub-processors, their location(s) and the details of the processing activities they undertake on our behalf are as follows:

Data security is of the utmost importance to us. AudienceView takes appropriate steps, including imposing contract terms on each sub- processor that we work with, to ensure that sub-processors provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing will meet the requirements of applicable data protection laws and our contractual commitments to clients.
Notification of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of other sub-processors will be provided within an approximate timeframe, thereby giving the controller the opportunity to object to such changes.
