About Rebecca:
Rebecca Floyd has worked at the Mark Twain House & Museum since 2020, as an interpreter, a visitor services manager and now, director of interpretation. Her major role at the Mark Twain House is to hire and train interpretive staff, but she also helps maintain and analyze customer data, builds events for sale, and maintains attendance records for the museum. She also serves as a technology liaison with the museum’s IT support company.
About Dawn:
Dawn joined The Mark Twain House & Museum as Director of Development in March 2022. She has worked in the nonprofit development field for more than thirty years, holding positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford, Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern Connecticut, The Children’s Museum, and Hartford Stage. She’s done just about everything in the field, from selling memberships to database management to donor relations. Dawn serves on the board of the Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and is a member the Association of Donor Relations Professionals and the New England Development Research Association.
