Our Commitment

At AudienceView, we firmly believe that equity, diversity, and inclusion are fundamental pillars of our organization. We strive to create an environment where all individuals feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and experiences. By actively promoting equity alongside diversity and inclusion, we work towards a more just and inclusive workplace.

Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play a crucial role in fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion at AudienceView. These employee-led communities provide a platform for individuals to support, educate, and share insights on important topics related to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Here are some of our ERGs:

CultureView strives to foster positive and inclusive environments for all employees and influences policies and procedures to create a more equitable and welcoming work environment.

NeuroView aims to create a more welcoming, supportive, and inclusive workplace for neurodivergent and atypical individuals through education and story-sharing.

The WellnessView ERG promotes healthy lifestyles through intentional programming and education, encouraging movement, and providing tools and resources to improve overall employee wellness.

PrideView is an inclusive group consisting of LGBTQIA+ community members and allies. We promote awareness, advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community within AudienceView, and create bonding experiences within a supportive and accepting environment.

WomensView provides a safe and supportive community for women-identified persons, fostering peer-to-peer and mentoring relationships while addressing challenges and opportunities specific to women in the workplace.

“I’m proud that in our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, we foster brave spaces where differing perspectives are not just heard, but valued. At AudienceView, we look to create a culture that appreciates each unique voice, because true strength is found not in uniformity, but in the space where a tapestry of diverse thoughts, experiences, and identities come together.”
