Marketing Operations Manager

Our team is excited to add a Marketing Operations Manager role to design and execute marketing programs, ensure accurate tracking and management of lead flow, and help produce actionable insights for our growing Sales and Marketing team. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll apply B2B marketing best practices to ensure that our lead generation and digital marketing efforts are efficient and effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the configuration, maintenance, and reporting for all digital programs and email marketing through Marketo
  • Ensure accurate, standardized tracking and reporting in Marketo and Salesforce of all our on-going programs
  • Assist in our segmentation approach; collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders and provide recommendations based on performance
  • Support the maintenance of our Marketo implementation and the syncs to Salesforce
  • Database management: manage lead list imports, database cleaning, field updates, etc
  • Be a champion for marketing and sales alignment, and offer on-going support for miscellaneous tasks for our sales development team
  • Collaborate with design team to develop creative assets such as email headers, email templates, and landing page templates
  • Proactively suggest and devise improvements to lead flow to increase conversion rates, both pre-click and post-click
  • Run weekly reports and dashboards on program key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Evaluate new tools and technology that will improve outcomes in email, lead flow, and analytics
  • Partner with marketing program owners to support their campaigns and other efforts
  • Be the main administrator for our corporate accounts with Salesforce and Marketo

You have:

  • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience with a software company
  • Minimum of 2 years of Marketo experience; Marketo Certified Expert a 
plus
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce
  • Experience with any of the following a strong plus: Google Analytics, Uberflip, WordPress, LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter Ad Platforms, Google AdWords
  • Genuine curiosity and passion for marketing operations
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
